V8 supercars - currently watching some full races on YT didnt realise how exciting and close the racing is epic battles on quality tracks shows what BTTC should be about

I'm not a fan of Formula Nippon. But I noticed this;
2010 Suzuka pole time -
1'38.917 (Takashi Kogure/Nakajima Racing)
that's damn fast!

just compare;
Vettel pole time - 1:30.785
Yamamoto Q1 time - 1:37.365

Do you follow it? I thought I heard Wakisaka? Is Juichi still racing in Japan in open wheel? I remember when he lost a chance for the title years ago

I dont follow other racing series, but I guess Wakisaka race in SuperGT this year.

He raced both. He was too cool in SuperGT when he had the Supra with the esso sponsor
