f1 2006 for ps2/psp

Postby Starfire » 08 Jun 2009, 20:57

I've gotten f1 2006 for psp version and I started career mode(I know ii's a little old but there's no f1 game for xbox 360 so I needed to get a psp first), I wanted to know who can give some hints? and if it's possible to win races in Mf1 racing or Toro Rosso for example or it's mandatory you win only if you're in Renault or Ferrari.

Thanks for your attention

You can win with anything you drive. You just have to find out the fastest way around.

However, Ive found when trying to set Gold Medal times, you need to use Fernando Alonso. The Renault was my favorite car to drive.

I bought the PS2 version today. From what I've played, I feel it could be better, but oh well, it only cost me 6 bucks anyway..

I can drive pretty well at Monaco and Xangai, but at Silverstone I absolutely suck. Can't take the Becket's complex very well and everytime I put a wheel in one of the track limiters my car spins. This only happens here in Silverstone. I suck. LOL

Silverstone is the most difficult track in the game to setup. on the PS3 its nearly impossible to set up the car right to get it into the 1:18's and compete in the top 8.

I play on medium, but I turn off all driving aids except for traction control.
