Very painful. Soccer is known as a healthy sport... and then someone dies because of a heart-attack... It happened to someone in Brasil too a half a year ago...

But we won´t see something like that in Germany, I think. In Germany it is bondage to have a heart defibrillator on the field, because Germany has a national player with a cardiac defect (Gerald Asamoah).
